They are, however, often not widely known and used because they have been developed by small tech-based startups, which lack global visibility. This is where the Solar Impulse Foundation steps in. It promotes the solutions that it has identified and assessed in a thorough process by granting these companies the “Solar Impulse Efficient Solution” label.

The Feel-Good Cavern
In the newer part of the Kunsthaus, the Chipperfield Building, art novices and die-hard art buffs alike can find a real feel-good oasis. Located on the upper floor, the entrance to Pipilotti Rist’s “Pixelwald” is somewhat hidden, but not impossible to find. And it is well worth the search: in a blacked-out room, hundreds of snowball-sized lights sparkle and twinkle in time to cosmic sounds.

THE WIRTSCHAFT DEGENRIED
The Wirtschaft Degenried lies in a beautiful forest clearing with a charming pond. Far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, guests can easily reach this enchanting place by taking the Dolderbahn cog railway followed by a short walk, or otherwise by automobile.

SUSANA O TRIO
SUSANA O TRIO is the personal project of Cuban singer Susana Orta López, accompanied by Cuban pianist José Braide and Spanish percussionist Alberto García Navarro. The trio presents a captivating, intimate and touching musical universe inspired by Afro-Cuban Yoruba songs and their own compositions, arranged with a touch of jazz and Afro-Cuban styles. The music brings to life the radiant excitement of the sun of the country from which it originates.
