With our Bergos AIR Program, our goal is clear: helping artists bring their musical dreams to life.

As part of her journey with us, LAGIOIA chose the Music Production module, and her dream destination was clear from the start: Los Angeles. Earlier this month, that dream became reality. She spent a week in LA recording a new track with a local producer, soaking up the city’s energy, and catching up with one of our AIR Committee members based there, Philipp Raskin.
Here’s a look into her time in LA, in her own words:

Saturday

My first day in LA started slow and sweet. On the flight, I met Mara — a friend I know from the music industry — and we decided to kick things off together with brunch. The sun was shining, and after eating, we took a relaxed walk to Erewhon Market, wandered through The Grove, and ended the evening with a cozy dinner at Phil and Jessica’s. It already felt like the perfect soft landing into the city.

Sunday

Brunch again (of course), followed by a visit to the iconic Griffith Observatory. The weather was chilly, and as I started to feel a bit under the weather myself, I decided to spend the rest of the day quietly in my hotel room — preparing for the week ahead, sipping tea, and ordering room service.

Monday

After a good night’s sleep, I woke up buzzing with excitement for my first songwriting session in Glendale. Working with Eric, we began building the foundation of a new song that immediately felt special. Later, I drove through Beverly Hills and caught the sunset — golden hour wrapped everything in a warm glow.

Tuesday

I decided to take the car and spend the day at Venice Beach. The ocean breeze and sunshine were the perfect reset before the creative whirlwind. I even sat on the sand and scribbled down some lyrics that ended up making it into the song we were working on.

Wednesday

Back in the studio with Eric, we focused on re-producing the track and diving deeper into the lyrics. In the evening, I headed downtown for a Jadu Heart concert — the energy and music were electric, and I left feeling completely inspired.

Thursday

We wrapped up the song with a vocal session (despite my stubborn cough 😅), and the track really came to life. That evening, I met up with my long-time-no-see friend Orlando, someone I hadn’t seen since my London days at BIMM. It was such a full-circle moment to reconnect after five years.

Friday

I treated myself to a well-deserved day off. I strolled around Echo Park, explored the Silverlake flea market, and did a little shopping at Westfield Century City. In the evening, I met Jessica, Phil, and Paulina for drinks at Soho House West Hollywood — the best crew to end a beautiful day with.

Saturday

Together with Jessica, I attended the SONA Songwriters Summit. The room was filled with brilliant minds, and the conversations with other songwriters were incredibly inspiring. I ended my last night in LA with a peaceful solo dinner, reflecting on how fulfilling these days had been.

Sunday

As a final ritual, I made one last stop at Erewhon before grabbing an in-and-out burger at In-N-Out Burger. Philip Raskin’s wise words echoed in my head: “It starts and ends with In-N-Out.”

Recap

I’m so grateful that I was able, through the Bergos AIR Program, to travel to one of my dream destinations since childhood — to make music, feel the energy, and soak in the creative vibe. Just like London is the capital of music in Europe, LA is the beating heart of music in the U.S., and being here made me feel deeply connected to that world.

This trip gave me new connections, fresh inspiration, and a clearer sense of direction — of what I want and what I don’t, where I want to go with my dream, and how I want to invest my time and energy. Most importantly, it brought me back to the core of why I make music in the first place.

And the best part: we achieved our goal of finishing a song in just three days — from a rough idea to a finished masterpiece. A reminder of how powerful creative flow can be when the energy is right.
