DENNIS KOENIG
How did you come to the bank?
In 2016, I started working as a student trainee in Active Advisory alongside my Master’s degree. Before that, I worked in Germany at a bank in Frankfurt while studying.
What is your job with us?
My main responsibility is to identify the most promising stocks in the technology and luxury goods sectors – and to help our clients make good investment decisions. I am also responsible for our Bergos Next-Offering.
What do you do when you’re not working for the bank?
At the moment mainly sports, even if during Corona it was in my living room at home. I’m also planning to finally explore more of Switzerland.
Why do you stand for your community Next Entrepreneur?
Good question! I’ve never founded a company – and I’m not planning to right now. But my passion for exciting business models, entrepreneurial risk and the prospect of corresponding returns may explain my passion for equities, especially in the sectors for which I am responsible.
What can we expect from you and your community in the near future?
An exchange with many exciting personalities! We will be planning many more events with interesting characters and personal stories. Events such as the Next Weekend in September we hope can provide inspiration and assistance for all those who are perhaps still a little more at the beginning of their entrepreneurial career and as well offer the chance to network and exchange ideas.
What are you particularly looking forward to?
To learn! I believe that our participants and speakers can really add something to the conversation, give us valuable knowledge. I am very excited about that.
