THIS IS THE MONTHLY NEWSLETTER BY AND FOR THE BERGOS NEXT COMMUNITY.
INSIDE ISSUE 37
Dear Bergos Next community,
by Dennis König
Martina has written a really interesting article for this newsletter, all about what’s been happening with MedTech companies. In her piece, Martina investigates the exciting dynamics that shaped the landscape of large-cap MedTech stocks in 2023, contrasting their performance against the broader market. She gives us a good overview of the factors influencing investor sentiment and shows the potential of the segment driven by the introduction of innovative products in 2024.
I also would like to take this opportunity to invite you to mark your calendars for this year’s Next Weekend which will be held in the city of Lucerne this June. I am really looking forward to that one – Lucerne, with its stunning views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains, in my view provides the perfect backdrop for engaging discussions, networking, and building meaningful connections within our community.
With Martina’s article to inform and inspire us, and the prospect of a memorable gathering in Lucerne on the horizon, there’s much to look forward to in the coming months.
Wishing you all an exciting read,
Dennis

CARNEVAL… & MORE!
ZÜRICARNEVAL GUARANTEES UNFORGETTABLE FASNACHT EXPERIENCE
With its “Guggen” marching bands, parades and bars, the ZüriCarneval gives rise to an exuberant ambiance in the city.
Hirschenplatz in the heart of the Niederdorf quarter is the site of the “Minira Guggestadl”. Over a period of three days, in a heated marquee, various “Guggen” bands – mostly brass ensembles playing well-known melodies very loudly and intentionally out of tune – perform their repertoire of Caribbean and Latin American music, while at the Münsterhof, visitors can celebrate to the sounds of New Orleans jazz.
